Their mission reads like this: The Arts Council of Sonoma County inspires it’s community to recognize and embrace the power of the Arts, to enrich our lives, enhance our economic development and add value to our educational programs. We were presented the opportunity to design a book that connects the many talented artists to local educators of the county. This book known as the Arts Resource Guide, was a tool to make the arts accessible to kids K-12. The challenge was to create a look that spanned these ages and was open to all ethnicity. It was to be sturdy, useful and inspiring at the same time.
